Terms of Service

To guarantee availability, especially during peak wedding and festive seasons, we recommend booking well in advance:

• Bridal & Destination Bookings: Bridal dates are strictly locked and reserved only upon receipt of an advance booking deposit. Inquiries without a deposit remain tentative and open to other bookings.
• Punctuality: Makeup artistry and bridal transformations operate on precise schedules. Clients are requested to arrive at the agreed time to ensure sufficient time for hair prep, draping, and flawless makeup execution.
• Venue & Travel Requirements: For on-location and destination weddings across Jim Corbett, Uttarakhand, or other regions, travel and logistics arrangements must be agreed upon during booking confirmation.

Because wedding and event dates are exclusively reserved for you, turning away other prospective brides, our cancellation policy is as follows:

• Advance Deposits: Advance booking deposits are non-refundable as they cover date blocking and preparation overhead.
• Date Changes: Date rescheduling requests will be accommodated subject to artist availability on the new requested date.
• Studio Cancellations: In the rare and unforeseen event that Nishtha Arora is unable to perform services due to extreme emergency or illness, all received deposits will be refunded in full or an equally qualified artist will be arranged with your approval.

We take immense pride in upholding medical-grade hygiene standards, sanitizing all beauty tools, brushes, and palettes with cosmetic-grade disinfectants between every client.

Allergies & Sensitivities: Clients are required to notify the artist of any known skin allergies, sensitivities, medical conditions, or recent dermatological procedures before application. A patch test is recommended and available upon request.

Nishtha Arora Makeovers utilizes only premium luxury products (including Dior, Charlotte Tilbury, Estée Lauder, and Armani Beauty) but cannot be held liable for undisclosed personal allergic reactions.

For students enrolling in the Nishtha Arora Academy:

• Attendance & Completion: Course completion certificates are awarded only to students who attend the required hands-on training hours and pass practical assessments.
• Intellectual Property: Training modules, handouts, and proprietary techniques provided during courses are for personal learning only and cannot be distributed, copied, or sold.
• Academy Fees: Course fees must be cleared prior to batch commencement as seats per masterclass are strictly capped.

We reserve the right to photograph our finished work for portfolio, website, and promotional purposes on social platforms, always respecting client preferences and modesty. If you prefer your makeover not to be shared publicly, please inform us in writing prior to or at the start of your appointment.

6. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising in connection with services rendered shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Ramnagar / Nainital, Uttarakhand.
